I am a licensed clinical psychologist in New York and New Jersey. I received my doctorate in clinical psychology from Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology, Yeshiva University, Bronx, NY. In addition to private practice, I have worked in a variety of private and community based settings, and my clinical experience includes working with individuals, couples, and families. I have also led many workshops on stress and anger management, and career exploration.

My work is an integration of traditional Western psychology, along with the more present-centered mindfulness work of Buddhist psychology. This work involves paying close attention to ourselves from moment to moment, and becoming more patient and accepting of ourselves and others. Ultimately, we can be released from the self-judgments that lead to so much suffering, and allow a more full, alive experience.
